'If You Can Hold It You Can Throw It' was recorded between April and August 2010, with contributions from Fee Reega and Birdengine.

With a limited palette of acoustic guitars, distorted electric guitar, melodica, chains, foot stamps and vocals, this is my 10th release on Woodland Recordings - and the third in a series written and recorded in Berlin.

Recorded in January and February 2010, 'Cellar' is a 9 song album largely written in Berlin but recorded alone in the Irish countryside of County Cork.
